Capital One taps Lyon to be SVP of commercial real estate banking.

Capital One Financial (McLean, Va.) hired Richard Lyon as SVP of commercial real estate banking. Lyon will manage the delivery of financial services to the real estate development and investment community across Capital One's footprint. He previously led Wachovia's (Charlotte) northeast real estate banking.
