Sue Ericksen Joins New York Life as CTO
Ericksen, who will report to New York Life CIO Eileen Slevin, will be responsible for the carrier’s IT vision, strategy and planning, overseeing the enterprise architecture and engineering division within the carrier’s IT organization.

 Sue Ericksen, CTO and SVP of Corporate Information, New York Life New York Life (New York) has named Sue Ericksen chief technology officer and senior vice president of Corporate Information. Formerly CTO at Merrill Lynch Banks, Ericksen will report to New York Life CIO Eileen Slevin.
As CTO, Erkisen will be responsible for New York Life's IT vision, strategy and planning, overseeing the enterprise architecture and engineering division in the Corporate Information Department.
Prior to joining New York Life, Ericksen served as chief technology officer at Merrill Lynch Banks where she was responsible for all Information Technology services in support of Merrill Lynch's U.S. Banks. Before that, she held a number of executive positions at Citigroup, including chief technology officer for CitiCards and chief information officer for CitiFinancial. As chief information officer, she was responsible for all information technology services in support of a 2,400 multi-national branch network.
