OneBeacon Chooses ProspX for On-Demand Sales Collaboration
The property/casualty insurance carrier will leverage the ProspX platform to connect with brokers at the initial point of opportunity.

OneBeacon Insurance (Canton, Mass.) has chosen to participate in the ProspX (Austin, Texas) platform for the carrier's Technology and Health Care liability lines of business, according to a ProspX source.
The ProspX on-demand enterprise search and collaboration platform enables producers and marketers to reach out automatically to carrier specialists to obtain critical information regarding a business opportunity, according to the ProspX source. Producers get what they need much more quickly, and carriers have another tool to demonstrate their expertise, the source claims.
"ProspX offers another way to enhance our visibility with our agency and brokerage partners and increase the business we write," says Drew Carnase, senior vice president of OneBeacon's Commercial Lines division, which manages the company's Technology product. "We're very enthusiastic about its potential for success."
OneBeacon Professional Insurance specializes in professional liability solutions for health care and other targeted industries. "Several of our top agents and brokers use the ProspX technology for their own internal and carrier partner collaboration," comments Steve Spina, Senior Vice President, Health Care Underwriting. "This is another great way for OneBeacon to streamline communications with our producer partners, which adds more value for them and for our customers."
