Brookfield, Wis.-based Fiserv has released its new Commercial OnBoarding ACH solution at the Association for Financial Professionals' 2009 annual conference. The product is designed to simplify the new corporate customer set-up process within a financial institution's payment processing systems while making it more efficient, cost-effective and reliable.
Commercial OnBoarding ACH is designed with Web 2.0 technology to provide integration with external systems to receive and feed customer data files to internal ACH systems. In addition, the solution provides management control over all data input with dual approval over operator-entered data. The Commercial OnBoarding ACH solution is designed to control the workflow sequence to ensure that all processes related to initial customer set-up through testing are handled accurately and trouble-free the first time, resulting in a better customer experience.
The product also takes much of the manual work out of inputting a new corporate customer's identifying information.
