Wells Fargo Advisors Deploys NexJ CRM
20,000 former Wachovia Securities financial advisors to receive new customer relationship management software.

Wells Fargo Advisors (formerly Wachovia Securities), a non-bank affiliate of Wells Fargo & Company, has gone live with NexJ Contact for Finance, serving over 20,000 users.

NexJ Systems integrated its CRM capabilities, including client profiling, interaction history, and task and schedule management into Wells Fargo's existing advisor platform.

The solution is now live with over 20,000 users and is anticipated to be rolled out to the entire population of advisors and support staff across Wells Fargo Advisors' distribution channels.
