Anticipating the open enrollment season, healthcare benefits software provider Benefitfocus (Charleston, S.C.) has debuted "Just Press Play," a video offering that the vendor says makes it easy for companies to deliver a branded, personalized message explaining employee benefit offerings and changes in a simplified and cost-effective manner.
Customers using Just Press Play can create a high-quality informative video within 15 days, Benefitfocus claims. Users populating fields on a production questionnaire can choose the information they want to include in the video and how they want it to look, according to the vendor. The offering includes more than 100 options for on-screen talent, as well as a variety of backgrounds and templates. Once the customer completes the questionnaire, Benefitfocus Media producer will work with them to ensure that the information is correctly translated into the video, a vendor source says.
"Open Enrollment can be a chaotic time for most companies, especially larger employers," comments Nina Sossamon-Pogue, vice president, Benefitfocus Media. "By communicating via video, employees fully understand their benefits and can better appreciate the investment their employers have made in their healthcare benefits."
