Chubb has signed on to a two-year extension of its relationship with Imaginatik for the vendor's Web-based Idea Central collaboration software platform, which the carrier uses for idea management, new product development and cost-reduction initiatives, according to an Imaginatik press release. The terms of the contract were not disclosed.
"Both Chubb and ourselves have been delighted with the significant levels of returns on investment achieved to date, and with the high levels of employee engagement and use of the tool for open innovation," says Mark Turrell, CEO, Imaginatik. "We are pleased to be extending the use of our technology further within the Chubb organization, evidence of the importance of our software and processes in supporting their business for a further two years."
Imaginatik's Idea Central software platform enables collaboration between suppliers, agents and brokers and helps users to identify and develop ideas and strategies according to the vendor source. Users of Idea Central include CSC, Pfizer, Boeing, Chubb and Cargill.
