Punjab & Sind Bank Signs 10-Year Outsourcing Contract with Wipro
Bank to shift major IT infrastructure and services from Satyam to Wipro.

Punjab and Sind Bank, based in Bangalore, Delhi, has signed a 10-year contract for IT outsourcing services from Wipro.
The partnership is intended to help the bank centralize operations for its 917 branches throughout India. Wipro will be responsible for system integration, provisioning and management of the bank's Finacle core banking solution and enterprise applications. This includes 24/7 management of the entire underlying IT infrastructure covering computing platforms and networking. Wipro will manage the bank's data center and disaster recovery center and provide service and support for the bank.
